SHIPPING + DELIVERY
- $7.95 ground shipping is offered on all U.S. Domestic orders. Ground shipping can deliver anywhere between 1 and 7 business days depending on the destination.
- Please note, our order cutoff time is 4pm EST Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after our cut off time will be shipped the following business day regardless of the chosen shipping service.
- For messenger service in the NYC metro area, the cut-off time is 2pm for same-day delivery and can deliver as late as 8pm. Messenger service is available Monday-Friday only. If a purchase is made after 2pm on Friday or on a national holiday, the service will commence the next business day .
- Silk Thread Online ships from New York City and currently only ships within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. In stock items will ship within 2 business days. If you select expedited shipping we will ship within 1 business day or less.

- Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Please refer to the tracking information for updates on your shipment.
